Updating an Individual FreeAgent® Contact Details From an Individual YAP Customer

Select the customer, select "yes" for confirm and click the "Update the Customer" button

If draft invoices are already generated on FreeAgent® with a different country name than an error message will display informing the user. The draft invoices on FreeAgent® will first need to be sent out before updating details.

If no draft invoices are present on FreeAgent® with the previous country name than a success message will display informing the user. The contact details on FreeAgent® will now match the customer details on YAP.

Updating All FreeAgent® Contacts Details From the YAP Customer Page

Select "yes" for confirm and click the "Update All Customers" button
